Mr. Happ has more than 15 years in enterprise software and management consulting experience including supply chain software implementation and process optimization for Fortune 50 companies including ExxonMobil, Disney, Southwest Airlines, Pfizer, and JPMorgan. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers management consulting and went on to Ariba where he led the technical strategy and architecture group. After Ariba, he co-founded blueSolutions, a supply chain optimization and software implementation consultancy which was acquired by SAP reseller, Hubwoo. Since 2009, Happ has been focused on enabling owners and managers to run better buildings through cloud based energy management and best practices. He is an avid reader — currently reading Thinking, Fast and Slow — loves behavioral economics, enjoys the statistics of baseball and played in the Little League World Series. Happ still personally codes much of the SeaSuite website as a way to relax.

After Ariba, he co-founded blueSolutions, a supply chain optimization and software implementation consultancy which was acquired by Hubwoo. Since 2009, Nelson has been focused on enabling owners and managers to run better buildings through cloud based energy management and best practices. He is an avid biker and sailor, enjoys playing the guitar, and has recently started enjoying his new toy, a Chevy Volt.

Mrs. Lev joined Goby Inc. in September 2012 to oversee sales, business development, and strategic account management for the Central Region headquarters office as well as the Goby West expansion. After spending 8 years in sustainability strategy consulting and LEED project delivery for Jones Lang LaSalle, Mrs. Lev now helps clients analyze their sustainability needs from an energy/cost savings, marketing, PR, incentives/tax credits, and corporate social responsibility standpoint and develops an implementation plan. She oversees accounts for key clients such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Zeller Realty Group, The John Buck Company, Rush Hospital, Ryan Companies, Ambrose Realty Group, Equity Office Properties, Behringer Harvard (TIER REIT), CBRE, Piedmont REIT, Golub & Company, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Reit Management and Research, Lincoln Property Companies, etc.

Chad is a proven sales and management leader who has successfully owned his own small businesses. Prior to to his current role as Sales Director of SeaSuite, Chad helped start Yardi's Commercial Energy Solutions. Before that, Chad spent the past few years consulting both commercial and residential real estate owners and managers on ways to drive down their energy and water costs.
